Open positions
Production Coordinator
This is a part-time position from May to June 2026 (the majority of the work takes place in June) and includes working in Ruka during the festival week, 15–22 June 2026. Workload before festival week is around 15 hours per week.
In this position, you work closely with the production team, assisting in various areas of production planning and implementation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting production team in various production tasks, supporting scheduling, coordination and logistics, assisting with partner communication and stakeholder coordination, supporting festival accreditation processes and permit-related tasks.
You also assist with on-site production during build-up, event days and dismantling.
If you are organized, pro-active and solution-oriented, this could be a position for you. We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills, can work independently as well as a part of the team and is comfortable working in a fast-paced festival envinronment.
You speak fluent English (Finnish is considered an asset).
You have previous event or production experience.
We offer hands-on experience in international festival production, close collaboration with a small, dedicated production team. Accommodation during festival week in Ruka will be arranged as well as travel compensation. Lunch, drinks and snacks offered during the festival week.
Compensation: 1500€ (fixed fee)

Waste Management Coordinator
This is a part-time position from April to end of June 2026 (The majority of the work takes place in June). Includes working in Ruka during the festival week, 15–22 June 2026.
In this position you work with the production team to plan and execute the festival’s waste management and sustainability practices.
Responsibilities include planning waste management systems with the production team, coordinating waste partners and suppliers and leading waste management operations before, during and after the festival.
You also manage on-site cleaning & recycling team during the festival week and support our sustainability reporting.
If you are organized, pro-active and solution-oriented, this could be you. We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills, can work as a part of the team as well as independently and is comfortable working in a fast-paced festival envinronment.

Bar Crew
We have positions at three different types of bars: cocktail bars, wine bars and regular bars.
As a part of the Bar Crew you prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Compensation: For three days work: hourly wage, travels and accommodation for three days covered.
For two days work: hourly wage, single day festival ticket.
